Cooking Instructions
- 1If frozen, thaw duck in refrigerator for 36-48 hours.
- 2Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- 3Remove from bag. Remove neck and giblets from body cavity.
- 4Season to taste.
- 5Roast uncovered, breast side up, on rack in roasting pan 26 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (82 degrees C), measured at the thigh joint.
- 6The legs move freely and juices run clear when duck is done.
