Frozen Beef Inside Topsides,

Beef Round, Inside Round: This boneless portion of the round, located inside (medial side) of the leg, is separated from the outside round by cutting lengthwise along the natural seam. This cut is also called top round or topside.

Beef Round, Inside Round Cap Removed: This cut is generated from 168 inside round by the removal of Gracilis muscle and the loose side Pectineus and Sartorius muscles (169B). A small amount of surface fat will remain.

Our Organic BEEF Meat is raised on a 100% Certified Organic Vegetarian Diet and is Non-GMO Project Verified.

The selection is done with care and attention before the slaughter process begins, which often requires coordination with the farm and slaughterhouse.  The meat meets specific quality and certification criteria (e.g., Halal-certified.

Farming Practices: We make sure Our Organic cattle must be raised according to strict guidelines that prioritize animal welfare, sustainable land management, and the exclusion of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, and antibiotics. 

Access to pasture: Our Organic livestock generally have access to pasture, allowing them to graze and exhibit natural behaviors. 

Processing requirements: Our Meat must be processed in a facility certified by the same agency that certifies the raising of the animals.

Even though our grass-fed beef is quite tender, it’s always going to be leaner than beef that has a grain finish, and because of this, you need to guard against overcooking tenderloin. Be sure to cook only to rare or medium-rare so you don’t lose the tender texture and extraordinary flavor.
